- Goes all the way up to the back of the waistband for full protection

Use, rinse, wash, dry and repeat!
Heavier days: You can use your leak-proof underwear alone or along with a tampon or menstrual cup.
As everyone's flow is a little different, the length of wear you may get out of them will vary.
Washing instructions:
Rinse first with cold water until water runs clear.
Place in a delicates bag.
Cold wash.
Hang dry.
Do not use fabric softener or bleach.
